Beware I told you so…

There’s an old saying that says, corpses can’t say I told you so. I’ve watched a lot of friends and acquaintances pass along on this journey and hopefully I’ve learned a thing or two from some of them. One of those big lessons was be careful of “I told you so”. Not because the person thought they were right, but because they were absolutely sure they knew the outcome. How many times have you seen someone post, This is our weekend! Or, of late, the countdown has begun! Then they completely shake it off the next post like they never said a word, only to turn around and repeat the same thing a couple of posts later.

So let’s look at some examples: Intel Guru Frank26 This [these new 1000 dinar fil notes] guarantees there is a change in the Iraq dinar exchange rate because if not there’s no reason for these fils whether they be in coin form or paper form. I don’t know about you, but one thing I’ve learned in this journey is there are NO guarantees. Are these available yet to the general public? Nope. Check it yourself at https://cbi.iq/page/89 does this mean it can’t change, absolutely not, but as of this time there is no such note ready for circulation.

Newshound Guru Militia Man What’s not going to happen is that they’re going to take Iraq into the international world at 1310 IQD to 1 US dollar to rebuild a country. It’s not that I disagree with absolutely everything that gets said by some of these people, it’s the wording that states as a matter of factly when we’ve seen Iraq drag their feet, circumvent the rules, and even make up their own legislation.

All of this is to say one thing, it’s not that things can’t and won’t happen, but the constant NOW, NOW, NOW, has hurt a lot of people over the years. Some people have lost it all, not because they weren’t smart people, but because they put their trust in others who had no idea what they were saying. I mean how many of you believed the hot dogs in front of the bank story, only to watch him end up serving a prison sentence for turning state’s evidence on how dinar was being sold and abused to those that would help pump up sales of the dinar. Over the years, even though I had some information at times, I withheld posting that because I didn’t want to get someone’s hopes up. And I stopped listening to “sources” because the information was faulty at best. Even today I get a little here or a little there from people I’ve come in contact with but I don’t put it out there. Why? What does it matter. If I knew the exact day and time was in a day or two, what would that information do for anyone already invested? If you aren’t comfortable in the investment you probably shouldn’t be here anyway, and if you are, you should have learned the patience to know a day or two wouldn’t matter. No, posting information like that, that would probably turn out wrong anyway, does nothing but give people ideas to make changes they aren’t ready to make. This can’t be your life plan, there are too many variables. This can be an option, that if it works out the way most of us hope, will provide you the opportunity to create real change in your life. But if you aren’t prepared for change like that, I suggest that’s where you should spend your free time, not listening to some bonehead spout about their “across the pond folks” are claiming something. Financial freedom comes because you prepared for it, not because you won the currency lottery. If you make the proper arrangements through what you’ve learned, you will affect your future generations, your community, and your country in a way that will make a lasting impact on many, many lives. Do the work, don’t listen to the gossip.
